The co-accused Thakur Yadav has been granted bail by this Court. Apart from this, no recovery has been made from the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara (Krishanagadh) P.S. Case No.267 of 2017.
