To Pay Rs. 6,33,332/- along with 12% interest against left over arrear of salaries and retiral benefits for the period of July, 1996 to February, 2014.

(ii). For providing arrear of salaries in the scale recommended by 5th PCR and 6th PCR, which is applicable other Corporation of the Bihar Government along with D.A. as applicable time

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Handloom and Handicrafts Corporation Ltd., Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 6, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 6, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
