ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 22.01.2005 passed by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Patna in Criminal Appeal No. 10 of 2005 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 210 of 2003, by which he has refused the prayer of bail of the Petitioner.

However, from the order dated 15.03.2010, I find that the Petitioner has been granted bail even while the application was admitted.
