ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No. 2 (Jittu Kumar Ram) has been arrested, the application as against him has become infructuous and, therefore, he prays for leave of this Court to withdraw the same.

Leave is granted.

The application as against petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as infructuous.

The case shall now proceed only against petitioner No. 1. The petitioner No. 1 apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 155/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27781 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 P2/2 It appears that the victim girl has named the present petitioner (Raj Kumar Ram) as being one of the person who has lifted her on motorcycle and had taken her away to an unknown destination.

In view of such facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
