The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioners by order dated 23.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.61841 of 2021 whereby the petitioners were given liberty to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have been framed against the petitioners on 13.04.2022 (Annexure-4 to the bail application). Since the charges have been framed against the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be

No.23946 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.156 of 2022 arising out of Semra P. S. Case No.48 of 2021. However, it is made clear that if the learned Court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioners after their release are trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Court below shall forthwith cancel their bail bonds after recording reasons.
