ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in appeal dated 31.01.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-I, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No. 27/99/38/04, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 09.04.1999 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in G.R. No. 396 of 1997 (Tr. No. 182 of 1999), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 341, 323 and 326 IPC and sentenced him to undergo S.I. for one month, one year and three years respectively.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. However, considering the period of custody and

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.692 of 2005 dt.11-08-2015 the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the Application stands dismissed.
