====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is stated not to be having any criminal antecedents prior to the incident in question. From the facts on record it is alleged that the implication is false and that the petitioner was not involved in the commission of the said offence.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
