ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 22.02.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Criminal Appeal No. 177/96/3/04, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 17.09.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Sonhan P.S. Case No. 209 of 1992 (Tr. No. 101 of 1996, G.R. Case No. 777 of 1992), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 147, 147, 323 and 324 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for eight months and one year.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.394 of 2005 dt.17-07-2015 However, in view of the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
