ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 18.12.2004 passed by the 8th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gaya in Criminal Appeal No. 40 of 2004/55 of 2003, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 07.05.2003 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in G.R. Case No. 395 of 1998 (Tr. No. 99 of 2003), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 148, 341, 149, 323, 149 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for six months under each count.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference in the same.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.203 of 2005 dt.17-07-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
