ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 19.4.2005 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jamui in Criminal Appeal No.82 of 1998, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners passed on 24.4.1998 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in Case No.115C of 1989 (Trial No.16 of 1998) and maintained the sentence of 2 years R.I. and fine of Rs.100/- each under Section 467 I.P.C. and one year R.I. with fine of Rs.100/- each.

Having gone through the impugned judgments, I do not

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.453 of 2005 dt.17-07-2015 2/2 find any reason for interference. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
