JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. For issuance of appropriate order/ direction upon the respondent authorities particularly Respondent No.2 to 7 to protect the property of the petitioner which was acquired through valid sale deed from the

For issuance of appropriate order/ direction upon the respondent authorities to make the land of the petitioner encroachment free which is being disturbed by the private respondent no. 9 & 10 with help of local antisocial element as well as Smt. Anjali Kumari who is presently working as a SHO, Barauni FCI.

C. For issuance of appropriate order/ direction upon the Circle Officer, Baruani as well as SHO, Barauni FCI to full and valid compliance of order dated 13.01.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Begusarai Sadar after hearing the parties and after a receipt of police report from the police station in Case No. 1021/2023.

D. For issuance of appropriate order/ direction commanding the respondent to protect the life and property of the petitioner which is in danger in hands of private respondent no. 9 & 10 in collusion with Smt. Anjali Kumari, presently working as SHO, Barauni FCI, Begusarai."

After some arguments, the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.7063 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 3/3 counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
