That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order or orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to pay the bills of Rs 5,80,000/- with penal interest which was incurred for the running in quarantine centre situated at Middle school, Asargunj and Middle school Masumgang under the District of Munger for the quarantine of the migrant labour who were come from the across the country but the Respondent no 4 deliberately till date not make payment of Rs. 5,80,000/- for which bills have already been submitted and/or

Patna High Court CWJC No.6273 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 for any other appropriate relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
