The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 19.08.2009 (Annexure-1) by which the request of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected on the ground that the provision of appointment on compassionate ground is not applicable in the case of an employee working in the muster roll as well as for a direction to the respondents to pay difference of salary for the period June 2002 to 13.07.2006.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6517 of 2011 dt.31-08-2017 2/2 prayer with regard to the compassionate ground is no longer being pressed and it is stated that difference of salary for the period June 2002 to 13.07.2006 has since been received, the grievance in this regard stands redressed.
4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
