2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order of cognizance dated 19.06.2018 passed by A.C.J.M., IV, Patna, in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No.352 of 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that this application has become infructuous as the discharge application of the petitioner has been dismissed on 05.06.2025.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the discharge order dated 05.06.2025 by which the discharge application has been dismissed.
