1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 75, 109, 132, 303(2), 352 and 324(4) of BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of two cases under the Excise Act. It is next submitted that Madhurendra Rai @ Madhuranjan Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 75768 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 17.12.2025 by this Court. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22968 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 next submitted that case of the petitioner, if not akin, is similar to the case of Madhurendra Rai @ Madhuranjan Kumar, thus, based on parity seeks anticipatory bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the order dated 17.12.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 75768 of 2025 let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No.155 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
