The Petitioner seeks Revision of the Judgment dated 22.12.2004 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur, in Misc. Case No. 22 of 1998 by which he has awarded maintenance to the Opposite Party No. 2 under Section 125 Cr. P.C. Having gone through the statement of the Opposite Party No. 2 and her mother, it appears that he was never married to the Petitioner.

In such circumstances, the application is allowed and the Proceeding including the order and Judgment dated 22.12.2004, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur, in
