The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 27.6.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj in Criminal Revision No.53 of 2001, by which he has set aside the order of discharge dated 24.11.2000 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Kishanganj in Complaint case No.259C of 1997 and directed the Court below to examine the Complainant and his witnesses. Since the impugned order is merely one of remand and a fair opportunity would be given to the Petitioners at the relevant stage, I find no reason for interference.
The application stands dismissed.
