ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 17.6.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge IIIrd, Patna in Criminal Appeal No.117 of 1998, by which he has upheld the judgment passed on 23.3.1998 by the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd class, Patna in G.R. case No.5071 of 1988 (Trial No.202 of 1998), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 341 and 323 I.P.C. but has released him under Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.5000/- for maintaining peace and good conduct for one year.

Having gone through the impugned judgments, I do not find any merit in the application.

The same is disposed of.
