====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in Bihra P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 7717 of 2018 with direction to the court below to conclude the trial within one month.

From the impugned order it appears that case is fixed for final hearing. From the impugned order it also appears that case has been adjourned on the basis of petition filed by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74044 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 informant for transfering the case.

This Court from the impugned order finds that court below has not taken the order of this Hon'ble court seriously. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order and send compliance report to this Court otherwise serious view will be taken in the matter. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage with directions made above.
