ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.213 of 2016, G.R. No.1854 of 2016, for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 376, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, including the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
