Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs this Court that the petitioners have already filed a representation dated 01.4.2023 before respondent no.4, the Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Nawada with respect to the relief, as prayed for in the present writ petition, challenging the bid process and settlement in favour of respondent no.7.

Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and also the fact that representation is dated 01.04.2023 and the writ petition was filed thereafter, it would be in the interest of the parties that the Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Nawada must proceed to take a final decision with respect to the representation, following the due
