Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Trial No. 112 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 379, 354 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute and previous enmity. The present case has been filed as a counter blast to the earlier case filed by the present petitioner vide Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 32 of 2012. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Tr. No. 112 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. C367 of 2012 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
