The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.01.2019. He further submits that allegation against petitioner is that he has assaulted the son of the informant.
