Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2016. Allegation is that he assaulted with a log of wood to his father causing injury at the head and subsequent death. Mother of the petitioner is informant of this case. The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that out of eight, only three prosecution witnesses have been examined up-till-now. Perused the deposition of three witnesses including the informant.

Considering the facts of this case, let the

No.78326 of 2018(5) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Raj Nagar Police Station Case No.198 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
