This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to an order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 82756 of 2019 (Annexure-3), by which similarly situated co-accused namely, Lal Babu Rai, has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
For the reason recorded in the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35670 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 23.06.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 82756 of 2019, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
