1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application claiming first and second A.C.P. with effect from 05.06.2002 and 05.06.2012 respectively.

3. The petitioner was appointed on the post of Assistant Teacher in the year 1992 on Matric Untrained basis.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that thought he petitioner has worked for 24 years, he was neither

5. In view of the nature of claim, I feel it expedient to dispose this writ application, with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna, for grant of A.C.P.

6. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna, shall consider and dispose the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation.
