No. 538 of 2011, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur with a liberty to prefer a regular bail before the court below. It is further submitted that the matter relates to dispute between the agnates and the matter has already been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-9 series to the present application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, where the compromise between the parties shall be considered by the court below.
