The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 19.3.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan, in Cr. Revision No.66 of 1982 by which he has declared possession of the Opposite Party No. 2 on the disputed land.

Considering that Provisions under Sections 144 and 145 Cr. P.C. are for emergent purposes only, I am not inclined to interfere at this late stage.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
