JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Desri (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 325,354, 379, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband and on account of certain differences between the husband and wife the present case has been registered. Counsel submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22236 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desri (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017.

After release the court below is directed to refer the matter to the Mediation Center so that the dispute between the husband and wife is amicably settled.
