JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 694 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and nothing was recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 31.8.2018. Till date the petitioner has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that the case was registered against unknown and the petitioner has not been put on TIP for identification, the Court is inclined to grant him bail as the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly eight months. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
