The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 811C/2012 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has been contended that the allegations made in the complaint are false and neither the petitioner nor any of his family member had ever demanded any dowry or subjected the

Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of accusation, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.03.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.811C/2012 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul is confirmed.
