This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 101/15 dated 10.09.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 120(B), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been pointed out that the case is of the year 2015 and in all its probability the investigation must have been completed by now.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail the remedies to which they are entitled. The petition stands disposed of.
