The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 273 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 366, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is one of love affair between the petitioner and the Girl Annu Kumari. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., she has clearly stated that without any fear or force and on her own freewill, she has left her house and had gone to live with the petitioner and had married him.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a major and that the girl has given her statement in which it was stated that she has

Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
