The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 1915.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the Tata Magic vehicle which was intercepted and from which alleged recovery was made. It is further submitted that the vehicles are rented out to prospective users and the petitioner has nothing to do what is being carried on the same. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the

No.27687 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 P2/2 event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Piprakothi P.S.
