In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioners is to have killed the daughter of the informant by administering poison due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. This Court has called the case diary including the viscera report and the viscera report does not indicate that she

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Priti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S.
