The petitioners being the wives of the brothers of late husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 420, 467, 341, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the husband of the informant late Sanesh Ram died in a train accident in Assam but subsequently Jaleshwar Ram, the father-in-law of the informant, made an application to the railway for getting the accident claim and got prepared cheque of Rs.2,50,000/- in his name.

No.28141 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 When the informant came to know about all these things she made protest then all the in-laws family including the petitioners assaulted the informant and tried to cause burn injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against Jaleshwar Ram and petitioners are ladies having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
