Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Farbisganj P.S. Case No. 1059 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 363, 365, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern either with the victim girl or with the accused Ram Kumar Thakur with whom she is alleged to have eloped. As a matter of fact, the petitioner's family and informant's family are on inimical terms and the petitioner had filed an application before the police, which was later on compromised by the intervention of police, as would be evident from the

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Farbisganj P.S. Case No. 1059 of 2019.
