Learned counsel for the parties agree that this case is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 21.11.2014 in M.J.C.No. 4806/2013 (Pramod Kumar & ors. v. the State of Bihar & ors.).
That being so, this case is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order in the case of Pramod Kumar (supra).
