Patna High Court MJC No.1792 of 2014 dt.14-07-2017 2/2 Keeping in view the aforesaid, now no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the settlement of the pensionery claim after payment of salary, he shall have liberty to raise the same, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
