JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 370, 372, 373, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 3, 4,5 Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 and 4/6 POSCO Act, 2012.
Allegation in brief is that police raided the house of the petitioner and on getting information that she is indulged in frustrating and so-called girl was recovered from there. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the socalled recovered girl from the house of the petitioner has not even whispered against the petitioner and police after investigation did not find any involvement of this petitioner, so not sent up for trial. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Tunni be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (POSCO Act), Kishanganj in connection with Special Case No.3 of 2017 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No.565 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
