The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2019. Marriage was solemnized five years prior to unnatural death. The report of the trial judge would reveal that the trial is pending at the stage of hearing on petition for discharge. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018.
Hence, prayer is refused.
However, the petitioner may renew prayer for bail
