The petitioners are languishing in custody since 28.09.2018 and 20.09.20118 respectively in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners being own brother and sister-in-law of the informant assaulted the informant and her husband, as a result, the husband of the informant died. Considering the report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Jehanabad dated 18.10.2019 at Flag 'A' that two

No.32913 of 2019(5) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 witnesses have already examined and the trial is likely to be concluded with a period of eight months, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 25 of 2019/64 of 2019, arising out of Kako P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Jehanabad. However, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period transmitted by the learned trial Court, the petitioners will be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
