In view of the pleadings on record, it appears that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20308 of 2011 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 Account Officer, Patna in the office of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation has sent a letter to the petitioner on 16.12.2014 calling upon him to submit F/10C form etc.

Learned counsel representing the respondents no. 1 and 2 submits that upon the petitioner complying with the request made to him under the aforesaid letter dated 16.12.2014, whatever amount is found due and payable shall be paid to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, as agreed between the parties, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to comply and furnish the information and complete the formalities as per letter dated 16.12.2014 of the Account Officer, Patna in the office of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, copy of which has been made Annexure-A to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no.1 and 2, within two weeks along with the copy of this order. The respondents no.1 and 2 shall ensure that payment due to the petitioner including statutory interest, if any, is made in accordance with law within two weeks thereafter.
