JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law of the complainant, whereas petitioner no.2 is another wife of complainant's husband Md.Mian. The apprehend their arrest in a case under section 420 and other allied sections of the IPC. The allegation is that petitioner no.1 executed sale deed in respect of joint property in favour of son of petitioner no.2.
In view of nature of allegation, let both the petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail in the event of surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri T.A.Kumar, JM, Birpur, Supaul in Complaint case no. 139C of 2013.
