In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 15(2), 15(3) of the Medical Act.

It is submitted that both the petitioners are running a private clinic and it was found that they are violating the rules and regulation, whereupon, the clinic was sealed. It appears that an allegation has been made for violation of the Medicine Council Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28698 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Ashok Kumar @ Dr. Ashok Kumar and Parwati Devi @ Dr. Smt. Parwati Sinha, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadewa) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
