The first application i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 39690 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed for want of prosecution. Thereafter, an application vide Cr. Misc. No. 42108 of 2019 was filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 39690 of 2018. A coordinate bench of this court vide its order dated 11-07-2019, disposed of the restoration application with a direction to remove the defects within a period of two weeks from the date of restoration otherwise the said application was ordered to be again rejected. The petitioner did not remove the defects and for non-compliance of the order dated 11-07-2019, the restoration application of the petitioner stood dismissed. Instead of getting his restoration application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35894 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 restored, a fresh application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed.

The petitioner is directed to file an application for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 42108 of 2019 for the purpose of pursuing his legal remedies.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
