Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that all accused persons due to land dispute assaulted the informant and others. It is submitted that the petitioners and informant are agnates due to land dispute, all family members have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. However, the specific allegation of assault is against Umesh Chaudhary, who is not petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30118 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submitted that these petitioners were also members of un-lawful assembly.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Nandey Chaudhary, Manohar Chaudhary and Bato Chaudhary @ Batoran Chaudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.132 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
