2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 167 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as even the weapon said to have been used by the petitioner has not been stated in the first information report.

4. Considering, however, that there is direct allegation of assault on the head of the informant's grandson causing head injury being a vital part of the body, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail application stands dismissed.
