Petitioner has earlier moved this Court twice for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. Nos. 15164 of 2020, which were rejected vide order dated 03.03.2020 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners are drivers and comes from very poor family. Petitioners are languishing in custody since 27.11.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case specially the fact that petitioners' prayer for bail has been earlier rejected and there is no fresh ground urged on behalf of the petitioners, the prayer for bail is rejected.
