JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of getting the job of Anganwadi Sevika on the basis of forged certificate. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now she has been removed from service also and the case has been lodged after 4 years of the occurrence and the petitioner is a lady and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her. Further, she has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.958 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV Supaul, in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is further subject to the condition that she will cooperate in investigation of the case, otherwise her bail bonds shall be cancelled.
